BONNE F/W’26 The Biker is inspired by the legendary queer icon Bet van Beeren of Amsterdam’s café Het Mandje on the Zeedijk. In the nineteenfourties, -fifties and -sixties, when gender roles were very strict, Bet riding her motorcycle was a statement of identity without compromise.
This t-shirt shows the front of her café, situated in our neighborhood in Amsterdam.
