What locations do you ship to?
We ship globally! Orders are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands.
What are the shipping fees?
If you are located in the EU, the costs for shipping are free. All other worldwide orders will cost €19,- .
What is your policy on import duties?
Please take into account that Bonne Suits is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs and/or duties. For accurate costs please contact your local customs office, since these may vary.
How long will shipping take?
We strive to ship your package the same day you made your order, but most orders are shipped the next day. After we shipped your order it is up to the delivery service to bring your item(s) to your doorstep. Please note that Bonne Suits is not responsible for any delays during delivery, since we have no control over this.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a track and trace, so you can track the status of your order.
Can I pick up an order instore?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer in-store pickups from orders yet. Don’t worry though, we are working on it!
Can I change my shipping details?
If you want to change your shipping details after you have placed an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will let you know if we are still able to adjust them.
I have received the wrong item/a damaged item, what should I do?
If you have received the wrong or damaged items, please contact us with your order number via email@example.com. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and will try to correct this as soon as possible! Please note that we can't compensate for any flaws that might be caused by the wearer.
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery, provided that the items are undamaged and unused, with tags and original packaging. Please inspect your items thoroughly before definitive use, in order to rule out any defects. If you have found any issues with your item(s), please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I make a return?
If you are located in the EU you can register your return through the return form on our website:https://bonne-suits.returnless.com/en or use the QR code you received with your order. If you are located outside the EU, add this return form to your package. Please note that processing a return can take up to a few business days and we don’t cover the costs of returns.
How do I make an exchange?
If you are located in the EU you can register your exchange through the return form on our website:https://bonne-suits.returnless.com/en or use the QR code you got with your order. The shipping costs for making an exchange are for you. Live outside of the EU? Use this return form.
Where do I send my return/exchange to?
After you have filled in the return/exchange form, you can return your item(s) to our warehouse at the following address:
Shipping your package without tracking is at own risk. If you can't provide us with tracking when necessary, we will not always be able to help you sufficiently.
If you are located outside the EU, please fill out this form and add it to your return.
When will I receive my products in exchange?

How long will it take for my return/exchange to be processed?
As a small company, we try our best to process your return/exchange as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that this can take up to a few business days.
Can I return or exchange my online order in-store?
Yes, you can! If you provide us with your order number and you bring the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, we will be happy to help you in-store as well.
When will I get my money back/ my item(s) in exchange?
As soon as we’ve received your return/exchange we will either refund your money through the same payment method you chose to pay with or send you your item(s) in exchange. Please keep in mind that this can take up to a few business days. If it takes longer than expected please send us an email at email@example.com, and we will be happy to look into it again.
Can I make any changes to my order?
If you would like to make any changes to an order you just placed, make sure to contact us through: firstname.lastname@example.org as quickly as possible. This way we will try our best to see if we are still able to adjust your order.

What payment methods do you offer?

Can I get an invoice of my order?
If you email us through firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number we will send you an invoice of your order as you requested.
Where are the garments produced?
Our garments are handmade in Portugal and shipped to our warehouse in the Netherlands.
What fabrics do you use?
All of our garments are made of 100% heavy (380gsm) cotton twill fabric, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
How does the suit fit?
All of our products are unisex. Our jackets tend to fit boxy and the pants are high-waisted. However, the most important thing is to make sure you wear your suit in a way that caters your particular style!
What size do I have?
We use a different size chart than usual, therefore your size may differ from what you are used to. Please carefully check out our size chart to make sure your suit will have the best possible fit: https://bonnelife.com/pages/size-guide.
How do I take care of my garments?
All of our products are machine washable. We advise machine washing at 30*C with colors separately. Please handle your garments with care to preserve their original state as long as possible. Some colors might fade over time. For individual care instructions make sure to always check the care labels on the inside of all garments.
Do you do restocks?
We aim to always have the colors Blue, Black, and Dark Green in stock. If your size is not available, we recommend leaving your mail on the productpage to get a notification when it’s back in stock. All other garments are released in limited quantities to prevent deadstock. You can also stop by our store to see if we still have some stock there. Can't make it there? Do you have a store?
Nothing beats seeing, feeling, and trying on our suits in person. Therefore, feel free to visit our store at Warmoesstraat 67 or Zeedijk 60! Please don’t hesitate to ask our colleagues for any assistance, as they are there to help you if needed.
What kind of suits do you have?
Our brand revolves around one design: the Bonne Suit. Besides the different colorways, we collaborate with artists to launch an Artist Suit or other garment every once in a while. Sometimes these are one-of-a-kind pieces, with one edition (or even less) per size. For this reason, we don’t always sell these through our website.
