Iahai designer Flaka Jahaj redesigned our suits in four variations. The four suits are partially or entirely made from knitwear and are handknitted and -crocheted in Flaka's ateliers in her homecountry Kosovo. At her ateliers Flaka employs Kosovar women, thereby preserving traditional Kosovar knitting techniques while giving the women new perspectives.
Together with Flaka, Georgy Dendoe and Tirino Yspol, we went to Kosovo for a photoshoot of the suits in their natural habitat.
